The calendar tells the story of the Araluen Valley through images, from the gold era to the peach era. It highlights the discovery of gold, life on the goldfields, pioneer families, the introduction of agriculture after the gold rush, and the development of community life.
As well as helping with the organisation of our busy daily lives, these 2027 Araluen calendars will make a great memento for those interested in the Valley’s rich history, and/ or a unique Christmas present for family and friends. Price is $15.00, or $20.00 if supplied via the post (includes Australian domestic postage).
Calendar sales support the ongoing work of the Araluen History Group aimed at preserving the Valley’s history, through key events, the history trail and the araluenvalley-history.com.au website.
To obtain your calendar, please contact the History group, via email on araluenvalleyhistory+enquiry@gmail.com. We appreciate your support.
